I WANNA ORDER SOME DRIVES, WHAT IS THE AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME FOR DRIVES AND OPERATORS AND CONTROLS?

A1: The average delivery time for standard models of products is 15 working days (Qty＜200kits).

A2: The average delivery time for special versions of products is 30 working days (200kits≤Qty＜800kits).

AFTER THE "BASE" DRIVE INSTALLED, HOW CAN I SET THE "PEAK FORCE" & "OPEN/CLOSE speed" & "SOFT START/SOFT STOP ranges"?

A: Quick confirm your rail system (SL or HL or VL) as the first setting on the control box, then the "AAS" (Auto Adaptive System) will identify the door's  "Lift type & Height & Balance Status) after the travel limit learned. 


"AAS" will smart calculate a most matching program to set the "PEAK FORCE" & "OPEN/CLOSE speed" & "SOFT START/SOFT STOP ranges" automaticly. Surely, People can change any settimg follow the instruction manual if necessary.

NOW I HAVE A 1200N SECTIONAL GARAGE DOOR DRIVE AT HOME, BUT SEEMED IT’S NOT POWERFUL ENOUGH TO DRIVE MY 13㎡ GARAGE DOOR , CAN I REPLACE WITH YOUR DC INDUSTRIAL DOOR DRIVE?

A: Yes, of course. It’s really a good choice to choose our BASE 35NM industrial door drive, and we will provide a special Extension Shaft Assy, but the condition is the door drive side fixed.

PUSH BUTTON AND TRANSMITTER/RECEIVER MODULE KIT, HOW DO I CHOOSE?

A1: If your door drive is Household used, then choose Transmitter/Receiver module kit, more convenient and Contribute to personal privacy.

A2: If your door drive is used for Factory/Warehouse/Logistics center/Commercial center, then you can choose Push button. More convenient access, no need to carry transmitter.

DO I NEED TO CHOOSE OTHER SECURITY ACCESSORY FOR MY DOORS?

A1: - Thanks to its DC technology, the Base Commercial & Industrial door opener also has a built-in power cut-off and can be used for a door area of up to 14 square meters (within 4000mm width x 3500mm height) without active safety components. 



A2: - However, if the size of the door exceeds 14㎡ 

We strongly recommend our optional safety accessories for a higher safety on your doors.
